I adored our stay. The staff exudes warmth and genuine care. the animation team offered excellent entertainment, with games and professional evening shows! the hotel maintained perfect cleanliness. I saw how hard the staff worked to uphold these standards. i especially loved the regular bus service that ran between vilamoura and the beautiful beach, easily accessible by steps.

i noticed a slight wait at the bar during peak times, it could get a bit crowded.

Excellent Resort Stay

My stay lasted four nights. The staff were friendly and ALWAYS helpful. I found many sunbeds and umbrellas. Getting one was NEVER a problem at any time. The drinks included high-quality spirits, and the cocktails were well-made.

I noticed SOME uneven paving stones around the complex. This requires attention.

The hotel sits atop a cliff. It provides direct access to a long, beautiful beach. There were 94 steps for beach access. Life guards were present to ensure safe swimming, and the beach was suitable for long walks.

The room had air conditioning and daily service. WiFi was effective across the complex. My room included a north-facing balcony overlooking the garden. The room was fine. I had no complaints.

Reception staff helped us a lot. They provided information about the local bus service to Vilamoura and Albufeira. The bus cost €2 per person. Taxis were available too. They were VERY accessible.

The facilities included two good pools. The gardens were lovely and maintained. Food was excellent and varied. Wine, beer, and soft drinks were on tap, so we had lots of options.
